This report sets out the aspects of the local government finance settlement for 2024 to 2025 which require approval by the House of Commons 鈥� this was approved by the House of Commons on 7 February 2024. It includes:

• the proposed Revenue Support Grant distribution
• the basis of the calculation of Baseline Funding Levels and 鈥榯ariff鈥� and 鈥榯op up鈥� payments that form part of the Business Rates Retention system
• the determination of the 鈥榗entral鈥� and 鈥榣ocal share鈥� of business rates
• and the designation of business rates pools
