The 拢500 million first round of the Local Authority Housing Fund (LAHF) was announced in December 2022 and will run in financial years 2022/23 and 2023/24.
It does not apply to the 拢250 million second round announced in March 2023. See details on the Local Authority Housing Fund: Round 2.
