This is the draft grant determination for the Local Authority Better Care Grant for 2025 to 2026. The purpose of this grant is to: meet adult social care needs; support people to be discharged from hospital when they are ready (including supporting the principles of 鈥楧ischarge to Assess鈥�; and ensure that the social care provider market is supported.
