Details

Pursuant to section 4 of the Trade Union and Labour (Relations) Consolidation Act 1992 (鈥渢he 1992 Act鈥�), the Certification Officer removed the National Association of Colliery Overmen, Deputies and Shotfirers from the list of trade unions on the grounds that it is no longer a trade union within the meaning of the 1992 Act.
