Details

The Devon LinkAge Plus pilot had 3 elements:

  • the development of a senior council putting older people in the driving seat of the later life strategy
  • a self-help tool to prompt older people to think about their needs, used by the 鈥楳yDevon鈥� Customer Service Centre
  • a mentoring scheme for isolated people experiencing or at risk of social exclusion
