Details

This Ofsted survey report looks at how effective Foundation Learning provision was in supporting young people into further learning and/or employment. This provision finished in July 2013. Since then, learners with similar needs have joined the 16 to 19 study programmes.

Inspectors analysed evidence from 59 independent learning providers and community learning and skills providers. All providers had been inspected by Ofsted since the provision was fully implemented in 2010.
