Land鈥檚 End and Cape Bank European Marine Site is off the south-west coast of England. The byelaw was amended by the Marine Protected Areas Bottom Towed Fishing Gear Byelaw 2023 effective from 22 March 2024.

In this site, the Marine Management Organisation鈥檚 byelaw applies to the Cape Bank portion of the site which lies between 0 and 12 nautical miles. A applies to the Land鈥檚 End portion which is within 6 nautical miles.
