Details
The Double Taxation Convention entered into force on 16 December 2015.
The convention is effective in Kosovo from 1 January 2016 for:
- withheld taxes on income
- other taxes
It鈥檚 effective in the UK from:
- 1 January 2016 for withheld taxes on amounts paid or credited
- 1 April 2016 for Corporation Tax
- 6 April 2016 for Income Tax and Capital Gains Tax
