The language in this report is potentially open to misinterpretation. For clarification, the references in paragraphs 5 and 56 which read: 鈥淸redacted] who we understand to have been the Chair between September 2011 and October 2012鈥�, should have said 鈥淸redacted] who we had understood to have been the Chair of Governors between September 2011 and October 2012鈥�. This is to clarify that this had been our understanding of who was Chair at that point and not when the report was written.
