This document, the Stakeholder Confidence Survey 2012 Report, was part of a project undertaken by SPA Future Thinking who were commissioned by the Insolvency Service. The views of the report are the authors鈥� own and do not necessarily reflect those of the Insolvency Service.

The research was conducted to:

  • measure stakeholders鈥� confidence in the Insolvency Service and the effectiveness of sanctions the Insolvency Service has available to them;

  • canvas stakeholders鈥� views on the prioritisation of cases;

  • test the prioritisation of cases;

  • measure awareness of routes of complaint.
