This document forms the response from BEIS to the government and Ofgem commissioned Electricity engineering standards review, which was conducted by an independent panel chaired by Simon Harrison.

The document sets out BEIS鈥� response to each of the panel Specific Engineering Matters (SEM) recommendations, alongside BEIS鈥� response to the Review鈥檚 net zero framework recommendations.
