The Farming Regulation Task Force鈥檚 report to Government on ways of reducing regulatory burdens on farmers and food processors, published on 17 May 2011, has recommended more than 200 ways of reducing unnecessary 鈥渞ed tape鈥�.
This report is in two parts:
- how we establish a new regulatory culture, primarily (but not solely), in Defra, its agencies and delivery partners;
- specific recommendations for change.
