The UK government welcomes ICAI鈥檚 report and fully accepts its recommendations. We share ICAI鈥檚 view that International Climate Finance (ICF) is key to helping the most vulnerable countries adapt and respond to global warming by providing them with access to more, better and faster finance.

The UK鈥檚 ICF is also a key tool to help accelerate the global shift to net zero. We are implementing or planning to implement specific actions to address each recommendation and embed learning from ICAI鈥檚 findings. This will support the UK鈥檚 international priority to pursue a world free from poverty on a liveable planet.
