Details

DECC contributed 拢6 million to this project, which works by offsetting part of the financing cost of using Asian Development Bank (ADB) guarantees on commercial loans for small-scale solar plants. It is expected to stimulate an estimated 拢265 million of private sector investment in clean energy generation.

This annual review considered the progress and effectiveness of the project so far.
