Visiting forces should use form C&E941 to apply for a certificate of entitlement to relief from duty and VAT on the import or withdrawal of a motor vehicle or on the acquisition of a new means of transport.

The form includes the address you need to send it to once you鈥檝e completed it.

Email HMRC to ask for this form in Welsh (Cymraeg).
