This document provides the UK government鈥檚 response to the聽 (November 2022).

The UK government welcomes ICAI鈥檚 recognition of the government鈥檚 contribution to Afghanistan. The UK played an influential leadership role to shape international humanitarian and development assistance. UK aid funding had a positive impact on health services and education, expanding Afghanistan鈥檚 infrastructure, and empowering women and girls.
