The HCSEC facility in Banbury, Oxfordshire, belongs to Huawei Technologies (UK) Co Ltd. The Oversight Board has now completed its first full year of work and has covered a number of areas of HCSEC鈥檚 work over the course of the year 2014 to 2015.
The Oversight Board concludes that in the year 2014 to 2015 HCSEC fulfilled its obligations to provide assurance that any risks to UK national security from Huawei鈥檚 involvement in the UK鈥檚 critical networks have been sufficiently mitigated.
