Transport and Works Act order application from HS2 Limited to confer powers on HS2 Limited to amend the description of work no 3/157 in schedule 1 to the High Speed Rail (London-West Midlands) Act 2017 (鈥榯he Act鈥�). This is to allow work to be constructed in a tunnel under the powers conferred by the act.
