Application Information

Please email your application and scanned documents to [email protected] for those holding Deck CoC鈥檚 or [email protected] for those holding Engineering CoC鈥檚.

Other information

This application form is to be used to apply for the removal of restrictions for Davit launched lifeboats, vessels fitted with High Voltage systems or vessels fitted with ECDIS.

The MCA is unable to provide a counter service.
