Details
A peer-reviewed paper which describes a study to evaluate the probability of detecting low concentrations of the horse DNA target using the PCR-CE/FA0220 method (the PCR-CE approach described in the Department for Environment Food & Rural Affairs ), and commercially available kits from Neogen BioKits and PrimerDesign.
The study determined the limit of detection of the three selected methods to assess the comparability of results.
