The Minister of State for Housing and Planning, Matthew Pennycook, has written to Homes England鈥檚 Chair, Peter Freeman, to set out his priorities for the Agency in their role delivering housing and regeneration across England.

A Chair鈥檚 letter is issued annually to ensure there is a clear set of expectations communicated to Homes England鈥檚 leadership. This letter includes 7 priority areas of focus to support delivery of the new homes and places the country needs.
