HomeBuy Direct was an affordable housing assistance product from the Homes and Communities Agency, working in partnership with housebuilders. It aims to make more new affordable homes available to eligible buyers priced out of the housing market.

Scheme fees and charges

  • Redemption (repaying your loan): 拢250
  • Staircase: 拢250
  • Remortgage: 拢115
  • Sublet: 拢75
  • Home improvements: 拢75
  • Transfer of Equity (change of ownership): 拢75
