Details

The 2016 survey is HMRC鈥檚 eighth annual Civil Service People Survey.

HMRC鈥檚 employee engagement index has increased by 2% to 47%, its highest point ever and with positive improvements against all nine engagement drivers. The increase places us 12% points away from the 59% Civil Service benchmark.

The response rate for this year was 69%, the highest out of the 鈥榖ig five鈥� departments - the first time HMRC has achieved this.
