Details

The 2015 survey is HMRC鈥檚 seventh annual Civil Service People Survey.

HMRC鈥檚 employee engagement index has increased by 2% to 45%, its highest point ever.

It has also moved closer to the Civil Service benchmark, which has decreased to 58%.

With a 65% response rate it is clear that more people in HMRC are sharing their views, but we recognise we still have work to do.
