These documents explain聽Her Majesty鈥檚 Inspectorate of Constabulary鈥檚 (HMIC) structure and salaries for 2012. The sets of data were compiled in March and September.

Senior staff dataset

The reports on聽HMIC senior staff list the staff who are senior civil servants or equivalent posts. They聽include job title, grade, organisation and salary band.

The salary cost of reports column shows the total salary cost of staff working to the chief executive and each director.

Junior staff dataset

The reports on junior staff list all posts below senior civil servant equivalent. For each generic job title the tables include the number of posts (full-time equivalent), pay scale and team name.
