The Health Transformation Programme (HTP) is modernising health and disability benefit services to deliver better鈥痸alue for鈥痬oney and a better experience for claimants. This business case summary sets out rationale behind developing a new Health Assessment Service and transforming the Personal Independence Payment (PIP) service.
