Details

This invitation to tender (鈥�ITT鈥�) sets out:

  • how the competitive process will work
  • how bidders should complete their bids
  • how the evaluation process will work and
  • the Great Western franchise proposition for which the department is seeking bids

Appendices and a number of documents are attached which set out the requirements for the completion of bids and additional relevant information.

The department鈥檚 aim is for the new Great Western franchise to commence operations with effect from 2am hours on 21 July 2013.
