Lord Carlile of Berriew QC published his report 鈥楾hird report of the Independent Reviewer pursuant to section 14(3) of the Prevention of Terrorism Act 2005鈥� on 18 February 2008 and included a number of recommendations. The government has considered the recommendations carefully and this paper sets out the government鈥檚 response.
