The committee published its report 鈥楲egislative scrutiny: second progress report 鈥� Offender Management Bill鈥� on 29 January 2007 and included a number of recommendations. The government has considered the committee鈥檚 recommendations carefully and this paper sets out the government鈥檚 response.
