This document is the Ministry of Justice鈥檚 response to the Justice Committee鈥檚 Second Report of the 2012-13 Session on the budget and structure of the Ministry of Justice.

The Justice Committee鈥檚 report was published in July 2012 following the completion of its inquiry into the budget and structure of the Ministry of Justice.

The Ministry of Justice is grateful to the Justice Committee for its analysis of these issues and has given careful consideration to its findings and recommendations.
