Details

This paper aims to provide a 鈥渙ne stop shop鈥� concerning the governance arrangements for civilian diversity that need to be followed by MOD both across government and internally at both the strategic and working level.

These arrangements will give MOD increased confidence that it is drawing maximum benefit from the development and implementation of its diversity policies with a view to achieving a fair and inclusive 鈥渓ived experience鈥� for all staff.
