Use 鈥楢15 licence application form鈥� to apply for an individual glue trap licence.

Use 鈥楥L53 class licence: application to register鈥� to apply for a class licence.

Use 鈥楻eport of action taken under A15 licence鈥� to report back to Natural England.

Use the 鈥楪lue trap reference form鈥� to provide a reference in support of a glue trap licence.

  1. A new version of the glue trap reference form has been added.

  2. Updated the reference form with a new condition: referees must have observed the applicant using a glue trap to capture rodents if the applicant passed RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management after 31 July 2024.

  3. Amended the title of the 'Wildlife management and licensing reference form' to 'Glue trap reference form'.
