Respond to a CPR Part 8 claim: Form N210

Defendants can use this 'acknowledgment of service' to tell the court that they've received a claim issued under Part 8 of the Civil Procedure Rules.

This form is called an 鈥榓cknowledgment of service鈥�. The court will send this form to a defendant with the claim (Form N208).

Defendants must send copies of the completed N210 form to the court and all people and organisations (鈥榩arties鈥�) involved in the case. If a defendant is relying on written evidence, they must send it with the acknowledgment of service.
