As a claimant, you or your legal representative can use this form if you need to re-serve or amend the claim form if you are submitting it securely using secure data transfer (SDT).

You should have already served the N1 claim form and be a user of the money claims online service (MCOL) or the civil bulk upload service (CBUS).
