A request for the terms of references or aims of the acute services reviewed in north and mid-Hampshire commissioned by North Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), West Hampshire CCG and Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust; and carried out by Carnall Farrar Ltd.

NHS Improvement held a copy of the specification for the review and decided to release it.
