Monitor鈥檚 response to a request for information on applications to the panel.

June 2016: update on consultancy business cases

On 1 April 2016, Monitor and the Trust Development Authority (TDA) became part of NHS Improvement. In our response above, published by Monitor, we advised that we鈥檇 publish information about consultancy panel cases. However, as we are in the process of agreeing the new arrangements for NHS Improvement we will instead decide on a common and standardised approach to releasing this information once they are in place.
