Agreed record of consultations聽

These are the agreed records of the annual fisheries consultations on the management of blue whiting, Norwegian spring spawning herring and mackerel in the North-East Atlantic.聽

Distribution reports聽

The parties support the ongoing publication of distribution reports for stocks of:

  • mackerel
  • blue whiting
  • Norwegian spring spawning herring

These reports help the coastal States to have a better understanding of where the stocks are located throughout the year. They are updated each year to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information that is available.聽

Previous records that may apply聽

Three agreed records published 17 June 2024 may apply until 2026. They cover fisheries consultations between the:聽

  • United Kingdom, the Faroe Islands and Norway on the management of mackerel in the North-East Atlantic
  • United Kingdom and the Faroe Islands on the management of mackerel in the North-East Atlantic
