Documents and guidance for successful developers in the First Homes Early Delivery Programme 2021 to 2023.

You must:

  • ensure that you use and comply with the latest versions of the documents and guidance published on this page
  • print out and use a full version of the application pack and conveyancer pack when informing purchasers

Homes England鈥檚 policy for applying updated documents and guidance is that these should not, unless otherwise instructed by Homes England, be applied by a developer to a:

  • plot sale transaction that is already in progress

  • transaction of a property within a current 鈥榩hase鈥� or 鈥榞roup鈥� of First Homes Eligible Dwellings where marketing of this group has started

These documents are not for use for First Homes delivered through developer contributions via the planning system.
