The framework document sets out BEIS鈥檚 arrangements to monitor and understand FRC鈥檚 strategy, performance and delivery.

The FRC promotes transparency and integrity in business. It regulates auditors, accountants and actuaries, and sets the UK鈥檚 corporate governance and stewardship codes.
