This letter and its annex serve as a written notice to improve financial management and controls at Hinckley Academy and John Cleveland Sixth Form Centre.
A second notice issued in January 2019 replaces the original notice issued in May 2016. The second notice reflects the weak financial position of the Trust and continued concerns about governance and oversight of financial management by the Board.
The third letter was sent to Hinckley Academy and John Cleveland Sixth Form Centre on 16 May 2022 to close the financial notice to improve.
