This letter and its annexes serve as a written notice to improve financial management, control and governance at Grindon Hall Christian School.
A supplementary notice to the original Financial Notice to Improve (FNtI) outlines further weaknesses in financial control and governance that the trust must address.
On 1 April 2017, Grindon Hall Christian School became part of the Bright Tribe Trust. On transferring to a new trust, the conditions of an FNtI no longer apply and this FNtI is now closed.
