You may file this form if you have chosen to state that your registered office address is situated in Wales as opposed to England and Wales.
The paper form is for limited companies in the UK which need to file a return dated on or after 1 October 2011. There is a cost of 拢40 to file the paper form.
To take advantage of a reduced fee of 拢13, in-built checks and pre-populated data .
Use the form to provide a snapshot of your company information as at the date of the return and file it within 28 days of the filing deadline.
