A summary of the Further Education (FE) Commissioner鈥檚 findings and recommendations following review of Stoke-on-Trent City Council鈥檚 Employment, Learning and Skills provision. The review followed an 鈥榠nadequate鈥� Ofsted assessment and involved intervention visits on 10 and 11 September 2019.
