The FCDO Supervisory Board established the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee (ARAC) as an advisory sub-committee.

The ARAC supports the Board and Accounting Officer in their responsibilities for risk, control and governance. It reviews the:

  • comprehensiveness of assurances in meeting the Board and Accounting Officer鈥檚 assurance needs
  • reliability and integrity of the FCDO鈥檚 risk assurance framework
