The government is putting 拢250 million of new funding into a new Children鈥檚 Social Care Prevention Grant. This will be used to invest in the national rollout of Family Help. This note explains the children鈥檚 needs-based formula used to allocate this funding according to estimated need for children鈥檚 social care services. The government plans to uplift this grant to 拢263 million at the Final Settlement.
