Exercise Phoenix was a multi-agency exercise involving government departments, local authorities, the oil and gas industry and contractor organisations, and took place in June 2022 to test the United Kingdom鈥檚 (UK) response to a major oil and gas industry incident within the UK Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ).
