The covers proposals setting out six exemptions to the requirement for delivery of 10 per cent biodiversity net gain for building projects.

The RPC finds IA鈥檚 assessment of direct impacts on business is proportionate. There are areas for improvement in this and the wider cost benefit analysis, in particular on wider impacts.
