The Regulators鈥� Pioneer Fund (RPF) was set up by the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) in 2018 as a competition to promote cutting-edge regulatory practices that help businesses bring innovative products and services to market.

BEIS commissioned Kantar to undertake an independent evaluation of Round 2 of the Fund to:

  • assess the impact of the fund
  • understand the process of delivering the fund and projects
  • evaluate the lessons learned from the projects for government and wider stakeholders

The publication includes:

  • main findings report summarising the key findings and lessons learned across all projects
  • detailed case studies of individual projects
