The schemes provided above have been notified by the Department for Communities and Local Government to take advantage of the state aid exemptions available under the General Block Exemption regulation.

The schemes are only available for use by the named organisations. Aid may only be provided where the implementing body has satisfied all the terms of the scheme, including the reporting requirements.

Additional information is available which provides an overview of the rules and a guide to assessing whether a measure is affected by the state aid rules. A manual also provides more in-depth guidance on individual types of aid and processes.
