The Home Office is introducing a new process to automatically convert eligible pre-settled status holders to settled status, without the need for them to make a further EUSS application.

These changes support the Home Office implementation of the High Court judgment in the judicial review brought by the Independent Monitoring Authority for the Citizens鈥� Rights Agreements (IMA) concerning pre-settled status holders under the EUSS.
